Please print it, complete it in full telling us about the problems you're having and fax it back to us at +44 (0) 1291 630425.

We will return the form to you by fax within one working day with the RMA number. We will not accept returned goods without this RMA number.

To get over this we offer an Evaluation Service. This entails you sending your unserviceable unit to us. We then examine this and make estimates regarding component parts, likely faults, assembly, testing etc. Then on the basis of this information we will offer you a fixed price repair for your defective unit. If you don’t like the price we return the unit to you with no charge for the evaluation.
