Simulator Support Services T/A Simuservice offers bespoke dedicated Engineering Support Services to Legacy Simulation Customers.


Simuservice are the simulator equipment repair specialists with repair for simulation, supported by some of the most experienced Engineers in the industry.

We will always do our utmost to repair ANY equipment regardless of manufacturer.

SIMUSERVICE operates a Returns Material Authorisation (RMA) system for returning un-serviceable products requiring repair or service.

An RMA can be downloaded and emailed to nick@simuservice.com, please complete it with a full fault report.

If you do not see your specific requirement listed don’t be surprised. Due to the quantity and variation in simulator equipment that exists it is not possible to detail all the support available. To overcome this we offer an Evaluation Service – Just send your unserviceable unit to Nick Tyson in Technical Support.

An RMA is then allocated to the equipment – it is then examined and component spares identified, faults, re assembly, testing etc. On the basis of this information we will then quote for the repair approval. If you don’t like the price we return the unit to you with no charge for the evaluation.
